La Pascua

Hey everybody! I hope you all had a wonderful easter!!     We had a crazy week full of finding, teaching, exchanges, temple trips, and getting ready for baptisms!! Jose and Max will both be getting baptized this coming Sunday. We're super stoked for it. Jose and Angelica will be getting married right before his baptism. It'll be amazing!!!     A lot happened this week and we worked hard. We continue to see really awesome miracles! We had 5 investigators at church including the Castillo Family! They are a part member family in the Almaden Ward. We've been trying to get them to church for so long. It was such a rewarding feeling seeing them in church with us. The Lord is merciful. "I glory in that which the Lord hath commanded me".     Elder Brockbank and I had the privilege of passing the sacrament yesterday in the Yerba Buena Ward. It was a sacred experience for me. I had done it for years in my youth as a deacon and teacher, but this specific occasion was ...

Miracles Have Not Ceased

Hello my beloved friends and family!! I hope you are all happy and doing well.      The Lord blessed us immensely this week. Bishop wanted us to wait for a bit to start teaching them because he wants to get them married. Well, right before sacrament meeting, he pulled us into his office and Jose and Angelica were sitting down with big smiles! They proceeded to announce that they are getting married on April 3rd!! And Jose will be getting baptized on the same day following the...

Hey everybody! I hope you had a wonderful week.     FIRST OFF! Everybody visit the website: FollowHim.mormon.org and watch the new easter video! It's INCREDIBLE. Watch it and then share it using the #hallelujah.      This week was crazyyyy. I don't even remember a lot of it. I blinked and then the week was over. We had Zone Conferences Monday-Friday so that took up a lot of the week. Elder Brockbank and I learned so much from President and Sister Mella. We love them so much! We were able to see a lot of the mission while driving to the conferences, we have the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen. From endless rolling green hills, to the ocean, to thick forests with tall trees, to endless rows of orchard and crop fields. I absolutely love it here in the bay area. I never want to leave!     We were still able to have some great lessons this week and we had four solid investigators at church! Some of them are a part member family. Nestor and Paulin...
