Iré Y Haré

Beloved family and friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day. We had a blast yesterday! After church all the sisters in the ward put together a really nice lunch for all the men. It was incredible. They are all so sweet. I love these members so much. They are our angels!

 

 

We had a great week! We continue to see miracles every day. We are teaching some wonderful people. I wish I could talk about every single one of them!

 

 

Daniela's baptism was so beautiful. Her father, who is not a member yet, bore his testimony at the service. It was so powerful! Her parents should be getting baptized some time in the next six months. They are one of the most incredible families I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I'll send a picture of the baptism!

 

 

This is Elder Figueroa's last week! It's super weird because when I started my mission, he was in my zone and had only been out a few months. Now he's leaving! We're going to work hard for his last week so that he goes out with a bang.

 

 

This weekend was rough to meet with people because Mexico was playing Chile in the Cupa America here at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara and they lost 7-0... So it was pretty rough. About 60% of the people we know or meet are from Mexico. The other 40% of people we meet are either from Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Honduras. I love them all!

 

 

I continue to love this work! I'm so blessed to be serving here in this part of the Lord's vineyard. I love the people, the language, the culture, the food, the atmosphere, everything! I love it all more and more every day. I always want to be around it. I know this work is true. I love my Savior. His gospel is everything to me.
