It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!

What's happenin' friends and family!!

We had a superb week! We had a lot of time to do work in our own area so that's always great! We had splits Thursday evening. I had the honor of having President Mella come along with me to a lesson while Elder Cusworth went with a member of the bishopric. We had a lot of success! I learn so much from my mission president, I love spending time with him. We helped him and Sister Mella put up Christmas lights around their house this morning and then they took us out to lunch. President always calls us "his boys". It's such a wonderful privilege to be able to be a part of his family for a bit.

We didn't get in contact with Bill this week:/ but we will keep trying! We will try our best to meet up with him this week as long as Taylore! She is still super interested and wants to come to church but she's always super busy with work and dance. Pray for them!! They will get baptized! I know it!

The mission is continuing to catch FIRE. Some zones are just killing it! And it's so great to see and hear about all the miracles that are happening around the mission.

MLC was Friday, it was awesome. We continued the topic of spreading the fire and what we need to do in order to get there. We need to become Master Finders (literally always finding people, all day every day), Becoming efficient planners (daily and weekly), keeping study time sacred (personal and companionship) and always improving our teaching skills! There's so much we can learn from and improve on.

We went to a few baptisms this weekend around the mission and they were incredible! One of them was a Chinese baptism. Their branch just became a ward! HOW COOL IS THAT. A chinese ward!! The truth is spreading so rapidly all around the world in so many different languages. We didn't understand a single thing during the service, but the spirit was present. I love that so much. There's the language of the different languages, and then there's the language of the spirit.

Every stake and ward around the mission yesterday fasted for missionary work, so we're pumped to see miracles start to happen with members and missionaries!

My goodness I love this work so much. I love what I'm sharing and I love who I am sharing it with. The prophet Joseph Smith said:

"The truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly, and independent... till it has penetrated every continent, visited every clime, swept every country, and sounded in every ear, till the purposes of God shall be accomplished, and the Great Jehovah shall say the work is done."

Until that happens, I will give my all to assist in the great work. There is no greater work to be done. We must love God and serve Him forever and always.

I love you all! Happy Holidays!! Spread the love and discover with real intent why "A savior was born".
