A Weekend Of Beauty.

My friends and family! I hope everyone is as happy as can be. I hope you all had a splendid week.

This past week was one of the most stressful, exhausting, anxious, yet most rewarding weeks of my mission thus far. Artemio, Cesar, Josephine, and Augustine were all baptized! And I was lucky enough to see both services.

If I could describe the joy I felt when I saw Artemio and Augustine enter into the waters of baptism, I would. But I simply cannot. Both have been investigating and learning the gospel for a long time now. They have been fighting like lions to prepare for that glorious day. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that they weren't going to make it. Seeing them make that covenant with their Heavenly Father brought peace to my soul. I want nothing more than to work even harder to do everything I can to help others do the same thing.

My friends and family, I want you to know that I have a sure testimony that God lives. I have seen His hand in this work. Nothing else can be explained or proved other than the fact that God is real and He is continuing to work miracles among His children here on the earth. All it takes is faith. Faith and action. God works wonders according to the faith of His children.

Jesus Christ also lives. He is the literal savior of the world and redeemer of His people. I have seen first hand His light change people. He is willing to come to us as long as we are willing to come to Him. He is waiting. I love my savior. I will always keep Him close to me. I will always continue loving and serving Him for all my days and in the eternities.

Keep on keepin on everybody! Stay true to the things you know. Love the Gospel and love your Heavenly Father. "Living the gospel faithfully is not a burden. It is a joyful rehearsal-a preparation for inheriting the grand glory of the eternities". - Dieter F. Urchtdorf

Some pics from this glorious week

When elder Matthias and I got them married, and then when Gus was baptized. They have a daughter named Kaylin, and a new baby boy, Dillon. I look forward to one year from now when I can have the privilege of seeing them be sealed in the temple.
