Mini Missionary!!

We had a phenomenal week!! Miracles are constant.

We had 2 investigators at church yesterday, Armando and Miguel. They are progressing so well!! They were answering all the questions in gospel principles class, they were so ready! Also at church yesterday, we noticed a man sitting down in the pews about 10 minutes before the meeting began. He didn't look familiar so we introduced ourselves and got to know him. He was a random guy who just walked into church! He stayed the whole 3 hours and we got his information from him afterwards. He seemed to really love it! We have an apt with him tonight.

Abi texted us and told us she couldn't meet with us anymore... It KILLED us. She was so close!!! We're not sure what happened or why she can't meet anymore, she didn't give us any details. We will continue to pray for her and see what happens.

We had a mini missionary with us this week!! It was SO MUCH FUN. His name is Daniel Perez. He was baptized a little over a year ago and is thinking about serving a mission. So he served a mini mission with us for a few days. We learned so much from. We saw miracles together. Saturday night, we had about 45 minutes left to proselyte. So we went to a park and talked to EVERYBODY! Daniel was killing it! He has such a powerful testimony. We ended up picking up 5 new investigators before we went home that night. Everyone was so receptive to our message. We will be following up with them this week.

The work here is really starting to pick up. We are the most busy we have ever been. The members are incredible, they are helping us so much. We have the best fellowshippers in the world. We had a lot of member presents this week and miracles happened. Our goal is to have a member present at every lesson this week! If we have a member at every lesson, and that investigator comes to church, it's game over.

Baptisms will come. Members are remarkable! They are the key to this work.

I'm having the time of my life out here! I love this work so much. This week we taught the Restoration a ton, and it really got me thinking about how wonderful the restored gospel is, and how Joseph Smith really is a prophet of the Lord. In two months, at the age of twenty, with barely any education, he translated an ancient record of reformed Egyptian into english. Included in the text is information of the ancient inhabitants of the americas. How could he have known such information? No human can do such a thing, without the power of God. Joseph Smith is a prophet of God because He walked like a prophet, taught like a prophet, talked like a prophet, and did many prophetic things. I only know these things to be true because the Holy Ghost has manifested the truth of it unto me. I know from the very center of my heart that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God. He lived and died for the cause of truth. His duty was to testify of Christ, to tell the world that he lives. He proclaimed that God lives also, and that He is speaking today. Visions and revelations and men talking to God did NOT stop at the meridian of time. Why would He stop? It makes sense that God would continue talking to his children whom He loves, providing them with further light and knowledge. His work continues to spread forth across the earth, and I am honored to be a witness of the truth and share it with everybody.
